  • Certainly! While we're based in Glen Allen, VA, (23060) we're available to book events within our driving range. Our services include 75 miles of travel, and a small travel fee applies thereafter.

  • The steps for booking are:

    1. Complete a contact form (see above this FAQ section) with your information to receive our virtual brochure.

    2. Review the brochure, choose the package and any add-ons you'd like to discuss.

    3. We'll schedule a consultation call to connect personally, address your questions, discuss your vision, and explore how we can bring it to life.

    4. Following the call, you'll receive a proposal and contract with a courtesy date-hold, allowing ample time for your review.

    5. When you're ready to book, sign the contract, and submit the 20% deposit. We offer payment plans for the remaining balance tailored to your needs.

  • Excellent question, and you have a few options!

    1. We have fantastic recipes for signature drinks that use sparkling wine, still wine, ciders, and seltzers.

    2. We can present the signature drink as a mocktail!

    3. You can choose to substitute the included signature drinks for any one of our hot or cold non-alcoholic beverages for your Reception.

  • Yes, you'll need a single-day "Banquet License" from the Virginia ABC Department, and we'll assist you with the application process.

    As we don't possess a commercial ABC license that allows us to stock and sell alcohol, you'll be responsible for providing the alcohol for the service. We'll provide you with a comprehensive shopping list. Essentially, you bring the booze, and we'll handle everything else!

    We are a licensed business in the state of Virginia and possess the necessary General & Liquor Liability insurance mandated by all venues. We are pleased to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to your venue management team.
