We believe every client deserves our absolute best, and our goal is to alleviate all responsibilities of the bar service from your shoulders. The following inclusions outline what is always standard in every French Honey Hospitality event.

BaR Staff

Enjoy up to six hours of open bar service provided by French Honey Hospitality's skilled and experienced bar staff. Our services include complete setup and breakdown, along with complimentary repackaging of any leftovers, all at no additional hourly fee. Additional hours are also available upon request.

One Signature drink

Customize your experience with your preferred number of signature cocktails, complete with ideas and ingredients. One signature drink is already included in our base service package, and you have the option to add more.

French Honey Hospitality ensures your signature cocktail(s) are well-crafted by providing all necessary mixers, garnishes, and ingredients.

eco equipment

We are committed to minimizing our carbon footprint in every aspect, including the selection of eco-friendly service items to enhance the environmental friendliness of your special day. Our service items, including but not limited to drinking straws, bamboo drink picks, cocktail napkins, galvanized buckets, bar equipment, 16-gallon trash can with bags, drink dispensers, bar mats, and optional bar and pop-up tables, reflect our dedication to sustainability.

Bottomless h20

Enjoy unlimited filtered and chilled water with convenient self-service provided near the bar area. Ensuring hydration is readily available throughout your event.

Bar consultation

French Honey Hospitality will offer recommendations for the ideal amount of alcohol based on your guest count and reception duration. Receive a curated shopping list with a detailed breakdown of average costs and quantities to make your planning process seamless.

Compostable DRINK-WARE

We bring the drink-ware! And the best part? It’s completely compostable, adding to that dedication to sustainability we keep mentioning. Provided are 12 oz cups (perfect for cocktails, mixed drinks & water) and 10 oz cups (great for those spirits on the rocks & wine pours).

N/A Beverages + mixers

Always included are standard mixers and fresh-cut citrus. Additionally, your guests can order sodas directly from the bar as-is or as a mixed drink. Our inclusive offerings consist of Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite, ginger ale, soda water, tonic water, orange juice, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, along with lime, lemon, and orange slices.

Custom bar menu

We offer a fully customized poster menu showcasing your selections (check out some examples on our “Galleries” page). We will also take care of framing and displaying your ABC license, with all easels and frames provided by our team.

coolers + ice

Our team will take care of bringing all coolers and ice necessary for service throughout your event duration. Pick up & delivery of ice as well as packing and unpacking coolers is all handled by our staff.

champagne bar

  • Require assistance with a champagne toast?

    French Honey Hospitality will provide the specified number of pre-poured disposable flute glasses at a client-designated time. Inclusions:

    • Disposable champagne flutes, choice of stem or stemless

    • Pop-up champagne bar with a temporary attendant

    • Designated champagne cooler

    • Table top champagne bucket

    • Optional gold beverage glitter

    • Non-alcoholic sparkling beverage option

    • “Cheers to…” custom table top sign

Film Photo “Bar”

  • Capture everlasting memories by providing a visual and written record of your loved ones! A 4-foot pop-up table, adorned with a white tablecloth, will be assembled in your chosen area, featuring:

    • Customized guest book with the date, name(s), and color choices

    • Ballpoint pens for writing love notes and double-sided tape for affixing photos to the pages.

    • Fujifilm Instax Mini Camera Rental with 80 exposures included.

    • "Photo Guestbook" framed 8.5" x 11" sign for the table.

    • 4" x 6" framed sign with instructions on how to change film and any notes you'd like to include (e.g., please limit to one photograph per person).

    • Wicker/wooden flat bowl for film and camera. Additional film is available for a small fee.

  • Elevate the start of your reception with an unforgettable experience and a perfect photo moment!

    A four-level tower featuring 30 real glass coupe-style glasses will be expertly assembled for you and your partner. Choose to fill it with champagne or your signature cocktail. Opt to pour the entire tower yourself or let our team fill the glasses, leaving the top tier for you two to do together for memorable pictures.

    If champagne is your preference for this add-on, the "Champagne Bar" mentioned earlier can be extended to the remaining guests for a small additional fee.

  • Enhance your beverage options with additional chilled non-alcoholic choices for your guests. These can be served from the bar or set up as a self-service station, featuring:

    • Specialty Lemonades

    • Iced Coffee

    • Iced Tea

    • Chilled Apple Cider

    • Fruit & Herb Infused Sparkling Water

  • Create lasting memories on your upcoming wedding anniversaries with a designated bottle for years 1, 5, & 10, while also cherishing the presence of loved ones who shared the day with you. Included:

    • Pop-up table and tablecloth

    • Custom sticker wine labels displaying "Year __," date, and name(s)

    • "Like wine, love gets better with age" sign instructing guests to sign your wine bottles

    • White paint pens for signing bottles

    • Individual wine gift box for each bottle with a magnet seal closure and labeled at the end of the evening

    • 6-bottle insulated, thermal, and padded wine tote bag for travel, yours to keep

    (Wine bottles are not included.)

    Add additional wine label(s) & wine gift box(s) and/or a "traditional" paper & pen custom guest book for an additional fee.
